Full description
Inside, the cottage has been sensitively remodelled; with a spacious open plan ground floor using natural materials. The kitchen is well equipped, the dining area is comfortable and the lounge has bi-fold doors for the summer and a wood burner for the winter.
Upstairs there are two elegant bedrooms with vaulted ceilings and exposed beams.
One has a king-sized bed and French windows looking out over the creek and the other a zip and link bed which can be set up as a super king or good sized twin beds.
The new family shower room is also on this floor.
General heating is underfloor.
Outside the south-facing garden is wonderfully private and secure once the electric shutter is closed.
There is parking for one medium sized car and one dog is welcome.
There is a variety of easy walks from your doorstep and a choice of beaches within 15 minute drive on the south or 30 minutes to the north coast.
